Breathwork that gets you out of your head so you can connect with your heart.

Conscious Connected Breathing or Circular Breathing

Our breath is our life force

For centuries, humans have used the power of breath to heal emotional scars, physical ailments, and connect to our spiritual beings. Unfortunately, the traditions and practices of using breathing in this way have been largely unused in our modern world.

Most of the people around us are riddled with stress, anxiety, and trauma in various forms. We do not give ourselves permission to feel our feelings and instead push them down and carry them in our bodies. We hold our breath and breathe shallowly into our upper chest activating the autonomic (i.e. sympathetic) nervous system keeping us in fight, flight, or freeze mode. Some of us have been doing this so long we have forgotten how to breathe any other way.

Circular Breathing is a powerful way to reconnect to our breath and use it to release the stress, anxiety, trauma, and all the other emotions that are holding us back.

This way of breathing infuses the body with oxygen and gives your mind, body, and spirit time and permission to heal. With practice, it can even turn our inner critic into our biggest ally.

Breathwork isn't for everybody, but, if you give it a try and put in the effort, it might just change your life.

But there is hope!
